Northern California Women's Racing Series Awards Ceremony: Saturday, January 7, 4:30-7:30pm, Bespoke Cycles, San Francisco

Please join us at the Awards Ceremony for the 2011 Northern California Women's Racing Series and the Lecture by an Outstanding Woman in Cycling to be held on Saturday, January 7, (4:30-7:30pm), at Bespoke Cycles in San Francisco. This year's Outstanding Woman in Cycling Lecturer is Coach Laurel Green, Team Director for the Early Bird Women's Development Cycling Team. For the Awards Ceremony, prizes will be given to the top 10 places in the Individual Competition and the top 3 places in the Team Competition for categories 3 and 4, and masters 35+ (1/2/3) (for more information, see results from 2011) Free refreshments, time to congratulate your friends (and yourself!), and a chance to talk with folks from other teams off-the-bike -- what could be better?! Please let your teammates know the details:

WHAT: Awards Ceremony for the 2011 Northern California Women's Racing Series (sponsored by the NCNCA) and the Annual Lecture by an Outstanding Woman in Cycling (sponsored by Bay Area Women's Cycling)

WHO: Coach Laurel Green, Team Director for the Early Bird Women's Development Cycling Team, will talk about why and how she started a women's cycling team and her experiences as a director and coach. She will take questions and answers at the end of her presentation.

WHEN: Saturday, January 7, 4:30-7:30pm (refreshments and mingling: 4:30-5:15pm; lecture: 5:15-6:00pm; questions and answers: 6:00-6:45; awards ceremony: 6:45-7:30pm)

NOTES: Women, men, and children are welcome! Admission is free. Donations are welcome and will be used in-full for the 2012 Northern California Women's Racing Series.
